John Travolta

Triumphs Against Author

of 'Bathhouse Sex' Book

9/27/2012 3:32 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

John Travolta
just won a big legal victory against the author of a book who claims the actor frequented gay bathhouses ... TMZ has learned.

You'll recall, Travolta was sued for libel by Robert Randolph -- the author of "You'll Never Spa in This Town Again" -- who claimed Travolta and his lawyer conspired to discredit him and his book by spreading lies about his mental health.

Randolph's beef stems from a letter fired off and allegedly leaked by Travolta's lawyer Marty Singer, which stated Randolph suffers from mental problems -- and claimed his book was packed with lies.

The judge dismissed the case today -- agreeing with Travolta and Singer's lawyer Lynda Goldman -- ruling the letter was a legitimate part of the legal dispute over the book, and therefore protected by the First Amendment.

Translation -- Travolta and Singer can't be sued over what was written.

I'm not gay, I just like to play with men's balls. There's nothing gay with that.

Just for the record, this "rumor" TRUTH got started when John T talked about his sexual interests to male in his auditing sessions where they were all recorded by the cult leader David Miscavige so every time the cult felt JT was going to leave the church, they would spill the identity of one of JT's male lovers to the media under "anonymous".
In some occasions, the "church" would even contact the lover and have him talk to the media.
This is how the cult leader (David Miscavige) blackmails his parishioners, especially well-known celebs.

I love John Travolta's movies. Faceoff was one of the best movies I ever saw - the way Travolta and Cage switched roles in the movie - both of them should have won a shared Oscar for those performances. I think the guy is one of the best actors ever.

There will be no "triumph" for Travolta until he comes out of the closet.

Where there's smoke there's fire. He's been a phony all his life. Pretending to be a loyal, loving husband. He's been screwing guys for years. Shame on him, sicko.
