Nike
might reunite with Lance Armstrong after all ... despite terminating its contract with the disgraced cyclist last year -- so says the Nike CEO Phil Knight

Phil was out in DC yesterday when we asked if Lance and Nike might patch things up after the cyclist admitted to using PEDs -- and Phil responded, "Never say never."

You'll recall, Nike dropped Lance back in October, saying, "Due to the seemingly insurmountable evidence that Lance Armstrong participated in doping and misled Nike for more than a decade, it is with great sadness that we have terminated our contract with him."

As for whether Phil plans to watch Oprah's interview with Lance ... you get three guesses.

I thought Lance was fast because he had no balls. All along it was his Nikes.

Lance would do better with an endorsement from a pharmaceutical company. Do what he knows best.

who dat

Lance took n passed over 300 random blood tests. If they couldn't catch him with their testing methods, then he never cheated. They should stop being butthurt after the fact. The governing body had their shot to catch him, and they failed.

Why would Nike even entertain the idea of endorsing a man who just admitted to the biggest doping fraud in the history of the US. Is there not one honest, upstanding athlete to take his place?

Why shouldn't Nike reunite with Armstrong? These days if you are a whore, a drug user/addict, a wife/girlfriend beater, a criminal, or have very very low morals you can not only become a celebrity but we'll give you a sponsorship! Vile.

At this point, other than testimony which could be fake, there zero proof he did it that has been provided by anyone. He's already received the fullest punishment without a scrap of proof. It is a possibility he's coming forth and claiming he did it to regain some of the things he's lost. He has nothing to lose. It's also possible he's a lying cheater. We may never know.
