Stan Rosenfield is a Hollywood publicist and owner of the PR Firm, Stan Rosenfield & Associates. He has represented many celebrities, including Charlie Sheen, George Clooney and Kelsey Grammer. Sheen recently decided to "fire" Rosenfield, after the publicist quit amidst Sheen's rants against Two-and-a-Half Men creator, Chuck Lorre.
