Gotta-Have-It Celeb Gadgets
Celebrities always have the coolest clothes, cars and gadgets. While most of us can't afford to drop a hundred grand on a home theater system or a Ferrari anytime soon, we can definitely get our hands on some celeb-worthy stuff. TMZ went down to Best Buy in West Hollywood and spoke with a savvy employee to get the lowdown on which gadgets and electronics were picked up by the stars this season.
Leonardo DiCaprio is into digital cameras; he bought a Canon Powershot SD550 7.1 Megapixel Digital Elph. Our favorite new camera though? Kodak's new EasyShare 5.0-Megapixel Zoom Digital Camera -- it's the size of a credit card, retails for $249 and takes great photos.
Tyra Banks goes for MP3 players -- she bought enough Samsung MP3 players, otherwise known as Yepps, for the entire crowd of her show. It might not be as popular as the MP3 player du jour -- the iPod, but the Samsung YP-MT6Z Digital Audio Player Silver holds an entire Gig of memory, and begins at $139.99.
'That 70's Show' star Mila Kunis just had to have a new portable DVD player -- she picked up one for either herself or a loved one. Definitely a sure way to keep your kids and friends busy in the car or on a plane.
Whoopi Goldberg bought about five flat panel HDTV's -- we like Panasonic's TH-42PX50U 42" Flat-Panel Plasma HDTV, for a truly crystal clear picture. HDTV's are truly affordable now, and Best Buy will match the lowest price that you can find anywhere else, and they install it. Not having to lift a finger... now that's celeb stylin'!
