TMZ has reviewed the plans for Leonardo DiCaprio's major home renovation in the star-studded Hollywood Hills. The house sits in an exclusive enclave that pals Tobey Maguire and Keanu Reeves also call home.
The 6190 sq. feet single story home -- whose previous owners include Madonna and Warren Beatty -- now has a private basketball court, three bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, two studies, a huge kitchen, plus a screening room and a gallery for 'The Aviator' to hang his favorite masterpieces.
The $20 million per picture star paid $2.5 million for the property seven years ago, and has spent a fortune totally re-doing it from the ground up. The house has been a work in progress for several years and neighbors tell TMZ the end result is impressive.
DiCaprio's pad has an infinity edge pool with an adjacent hot tub, serviced by a pool house that has a Turkish bath and spa facilities. The property has stunning jetliner views of LA.
