AOL Celeb Candids Captures the Stars During Oscar Week at Moviefone.com

(Mar. 6) -- AOL is once again putting cameras into the hands of some of Hollywood’s biggest personalities this Oscar week with the AOL Celeb Candids program. Hollywood’s most recognized names including Oscar-nominated director Ang Lee, Charlize Theron, Donatella Versace, Jessica Alba, Queen Latifah, Sir Elton John & David Furnish and Zooey Deschanel will take personal shots during and after the Oscar ceremony and offer their own intimate, behind-the-scenes photos at Hollywood’s biggest night. Each celebrity's personal photo album will be available at www.moviefone.com beginning Monday, March 6.
AOL will make a donation to the Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF) in conjunction with this special program. The EJAF is one of the world’s leading nonprofit HIV/AIDS organizations, supporting community-based prevention education programs, harm reduction programs and direct services to people living with HIV/AIDS.

For the past three years, the AOL Celeb Candids program has captured private moments from major celebrities such as Adrien Brody, Billy Crystal, Colin Farrell, Diane Lane, Julianne Moore, Kate Winslet, Laura Linney, Liv Tyler, Meryl Streep, Peter Jackson, Uma Thurman, and others. The program provides movie fans a rare glimpse into the private world of the stars, as they prepare for Hollywood’s biggest night of the year. Images from rehearsals, pre-event primping, inside limousines, red carpet arrivals, and dozens of candid snapshots of celebrities enjoying themselves at famous after-parties, are all captured for millions of moviegoers to enjoy.
