'EXTRA' caught up with Salma Hayek at the second annual Global Women's Rights Awards, hosted by Jay Leno's wife Mavis.

Salma took the opportunity to talk about domestic violence, while Jay was there to support his wife -- and make a little joke at Ryan Seacrest's expense.
