K-Fed Flashes ... a Smile

While Britney was busy flashing around, Fed-Ex was eating out ... at classy Mr. Chow.

"EXTRA" spotted Kevin Federline exiting the Beverly Hills eatery last night, flanked by his divorce lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Federline was hounded for interviews, but he was able to make a clean break to his car.

In light of his ex going out sans panties this past week, one photog asked Fed-Ex, "Are you wearing underwear?" which got a smirk from the former Mr. Spears. Our favorite part -- one photographer asked the wannabe rapper: "Will you have a greatest hits album?" Priceless.
