TMZ was outside the Sunset Blvd. hotspot where one drunk girl tried to get the attention of Britney Spears -- only problem, it wasn't her!
Actress Alessandra Toreson (we've never heard of her either) was confused for the popwreck by a clearly blind Southern gal in an SUV, who screamed "It's Britney bitch!" and "I'm from Louisiana, Britney's hometown!" to the poor blonde.
Alessandra wisely ignored her.
