Noel Gallagher from Oasis scored some sweet justice today -- the guy who attacked him during a 2008 concert was just sentenced to a year under house arrest.
The attacker -- Daniel Sullivan -- was arrested after he jumped on stage during Oasis' show at the Virgin Music Festival in Toronto and bulldozed Noel from behind.
Noel suffered three broken ribs during the attack and the band was forced to cancel a few performances.
Sullivan -- who pled guilty to assault causing bodily harm -- is allowed to go to work while under house arrest but can't possess alcohol.
