Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is havin' a pretty good year -- despite GI Joe 2 -- because the former WWE star just bought himself a siiiiiiick new pad ... for $3.45 million.
The actor bought the 13,153 sq. ft. mansion in swanky Southwest Ranches, Florida -- from Miami Dolphins lineman Vernon Carey ... right around Valentine's Day.
The VIP 5-bedroom, 7-bath palace features a ginormous swimming pool and even a home theater with its very own TICKET BOOTH -- where Rock can watch film classics like “The Scorpion King” and “Tooth Fairy" at his 275-pound leisure.
Stick that up your candy ass.

With its modern take on "Pygmalion," a catchy soundtrack featuring Sixpence None the Richer and that infamous group dance number to "Rockafeller Skank," "She's All That" was one of the most memorable teen movies of the 90s.
In honor of star Freddie Prinze Jr.'s 36th birthday today, we're taking a look at how the entire cast has aged since the flick came out in January 1999 ... over 13 years ago!

Life Among the Weeds
Life isn't all bad for our heroes in uniform in Afghanistan ... especially when they encounter MASSIVE marijuana fields as these photos show ... but we've learned these photos have triggered a military investigation.
A bunch of guys who appear to be soldiers whipped out their cameras ... and their weapons ... and posed for a bunch of pics while out on patrol in Kabul recently.
No word on the identity of the soldiers ... or when the pics were taken. Note -- the photos DO NOT show any of the soldiers smoking the weed, but there is a shot of the guys decorating the inside of their vehicle with cannabis leaves.
We spoke to U.S. Army officials ... who tell us the situation is "being looked into" ... noting, "The U.S. military takes allegations of drug possession, transfer, distribution, and use very seriously."
The Army also notes that Afghan anti-drug units, aided by international security forces, have resulted in a tremendous increase in drug seizures over the past year.
Ironically, the baseball caps 2 of the soldiers are wearing are as problematic as the weed. Soldiers caught wearing non-military issue headgear can get in big trouble.
Remember kids, just say no.
CELEB MYSTERY MOM
One gorgeous celeb took to Twitter this week to show off a photo of her mom -- but can you tell who her famous daughter is?
See if you can match the stars with their moms!
My Conservative NYC Pad
... is Worth MILLIONS!
"The View" co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck is HOPING to sell her swanky NYC condo ... but thanks to the crappy real estate market ... she could end up taking a serious hit on the place.
Hasselbeck and her former NFL quarterback hubby Tim just listed their Upper West Side condo for a cool $3.3 million ... just under the $3.309 they paid for the place back in 2008.
The 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is pretty sick ... marble flooring, 10-foot ceiling, massive windows with a great city view. The building also includes a full-time doorman, courtyard, fitness room and 52-foot indoor swimming pool.
So why are the Hasselbecks packin' up shop? A rep for Elisabeth tells us, "It's time for a backyard! Tim and Elisabeth have decided to trade in city living for the suburbs."
Craziest Looks from Paris
Apparently, faces aren't in this season.
Many designers at Paris Fashion Week decided to obscure their models' faces with masks, hoods, make-up and dramatic plumes.
