Tracy Morgan did the deed -- getting hitched to his longtime girlfriend and walking down the aisle ... 100% cane-free.

Tracy and 28-year-old Megan Wollover got married Sunday night in a small ceremony with family and close friends ... according to People.

Tracy had said walking Megan down the aisle unassisted was his main motivation for rehabbing his leg so intensely. We've seen him out in NYC a lot recently ... and his progress has been obvious.

Mission accomplished, Tracy -- and congrats!
