Jimmy Fallon -- Injures OTHER Hand After Fall With Bottle of Booze

Jimmy Fallon injured his hand last night after taking a hard fall, and by the looks of it, a bottle of booze could be to blame.

Fallon was in Cambridge, Massachusetts Saturday night to be honored by the "Harvard Lampoon," Harvard's humor magazine. A source tells TMZ Jimmy turned around and tripped over a girl who was kneeling in front of him.

You can see in the video, Fallon is carrying a bottle of Jagermeister, and as he falls, you hear it smash. Our source says Jimmy cut his hand on glass and was urged by local police to go to the hospital and get it checked out.

We're told Jimmy was given a clean bill of health from doctors and returned to the party with his right hand in a bandage.

TMZ broke the story ... Jimmy almost had to have his left-ring-finger amputated in June after taking a spill and catching his ring on his kitchen counter.
