Affluenza Mom -- Lands in U.S. in Cuffs

Tonya Couch, the fugitive mom on the run with her affluenza son, landed in L.A. Thursday, where she was led away in cuffs.

Couch was busted in Mexico with son Ethan and escorted by U.S. marshals and taken to a holding facility.

Ethan -- who used the "spoiled brat" defense to essentially beat the rap of killing 4 while driving drunk, is still in Mexico and fighting extradition.
