Playboy Playmate Kayla Collins is lucky to be alive today, after her car flipped multiple times on the streets of Hollywood.

Miss August 2008 was driving Sunday night when a car struck her Audi, sending it flying in the air and flipping 3 times.

Miraculously, Kayla did not suffer serious injuries.

She should do an Audi commercial.
