The bikini is turning 60 this year and while no one wants to see the 'Golden Girls' in their bathing suits, Eva Longoria and Paris Hilton are a completely different story. Women's swimwear is a $3 billion industry and for designers, getting their wares on the backs of Tinseltown's hottest booties can be big business.

Designers routinely send swimsuits to trendsetting stars like Nicole Richie and Keira Knightley, free of charge, knowing that the media exposure will translate into higher demand from paying customers. Take Shay Todd for example. When Longoria showed up to the 2005 MTV Video Music Awards in his pink, ruffled one-piece, sales went through the roof.

'EXTRA' was at a recent casting call for Gene Simmons' new workout video, 'Sexercise' (sex exercise = sexercise. Get it?).

"The idea is to do something that makes you look sexy and is also a workout," Simmons explains.

Halle has kept jaws dropping for years by sticking to a 40-minute workout. She starts with 20 minutes of cardio, increasing intensity every two minutes. She then does 10 minutes of ab work, including crunches and side sit-ups, followed by 10 minutes of upper body work for her sexy shoulders. Halle swears by lateral raises, biceps curls, and wall press ups.

Although she played sports in high school, Keira first took on a personal trainer for the movie, 'Bend it like Beckham.' Her regimen included soccer training, weight training, and boxing. When she prepared for her physical role as Guinevere in the film 'King Arthur,' Kierra worked out for two hours a day, four days a week. Her fitness regimen included sword fighting, horseback riding, and archery.

Eva admits she didn't workout much until she was cast as the sexy Gabrielle Solice on 'Desperate Housewives.' Once she saw her wardrobe for the show, she got a personal trainer. She stays fit by doing kickboxing, stairs, weight training, and her personal favoriote, yoga, which keeps her lean and flexible.

Shakira attributes her abs to belly dancing, which she's been doing since she was nine. Belly dancing is great for losing weight and flexibility. Shakira has inspired new recruits in belly dancing classes all over the country -- so get out there and shake it!

Jessica Alba works out for at least 45 minutes a day.She starts out with 10 to 15 minutes of cardio, followed by 50 lunges and crunches. She then trains with weights to work her shoulders, triceps, and biceps.

A hot set of abs is nice for ordinary folk, but often mandatory in Hollywood. Can you match these sexy abs to the right celebrity?

EXTRA' was on hand as Spike TV star, and one of FHM's 100 most sexiest woman, and growing up in the automotive world.

Evangeline Lilly (Kate) insisted on stopping the photo shoot numerous times to adjust her hair and make-up. Co-star Yunjin Kim (Sun) was none too pleased, shooting icy stares Evangeline's way.

Jorge Garcia (Hurley) -- who is supposed to be losing weight -- stopped off at a McDonalds beforehand, and then struggled to get into some of the clothes he wore for the shoot.

Naveen Andrews (Sayid) turned heads when he insisted on strutting around the set bare-chested.

Joker Dominic Monaghan (Charlie) did a bizarre "hobbit style" dance for co-star Josh Holloway (Sawyer) and his wife Yessica, much to the amusement of the crew.

Matthew Fox (Jack) - just like his surly character on the show - hardly spoke or interacted with his cast mates.

FHM's readers rank the sexiest women of 2006

(Mar. 27) -- FHM has announced a list of the "100 Sexiest Women in the World" for 2006 according to their readers. This year's big-screen siren, Scarlett Johansson, tops the list. Other hotties on the podium include Angelina Jolie, coming in second place, and Jessica Alba, who ranked third. Next in line is Jessica Simpson, followed respectively by Keira Knightley, Halle Berry, Jenny McCarthy, Maria Sharapova, Carmen Electra, and Teri Hatcher.

What you won't see is a third, equally lovely young actress, Rachel McAdams of "Wedding Crashers" fame. It seems McAdams arrived at the photo shoot and decided she didn't want to take her clothes off.

And so, sitting between Johansson and Knightley is fashion designer Tom Ford, the issue's guest editor. He nuzzles Knightley's ear and, though he shows plenty of chest hair, is fully clothed. Presumably, no one thought of asking HIM to disrobe.

Is it arty and fun, or does it say something about sexual politics in Hollywood? In 2006, four decades after the launch of the feminist movement, does a serious actress still need to take her clothes off to get attention?
