Although she played sports in high school, Keira first took on a personal trainer for the movie, 'Bend it like Beckham.' Her regimen included soccer training, weight training, and boxing. When she prepared for her physical role as Guinevere in the film 'King Arthur,' Kierra worked out for two hours a day, four days a week. Her fitness regimen included sword fighting, horseback riding, and archery.
