Cusack's Alleged Stalker Tells Her Side

Emily Leatherman / John CusackActor John Cusack's alleged stalker Emily Leatherman tells reporters her harrowing tale of sex trafficking, death threats and ransacked apartments.

Cusack claims that Leatherman "is showing an unusual interest by stalking, throwing long letters of interest over my fence in bags with rocks and screwdrivers inside..." Cusack also added that Leatherman "...threatens to commit acts of violence against herself if I do not help her."

The judge ruled that Emily Leatherman to stay 500 feet away from the actor and must not attempt to communicate with Cusack, even by phone or email.

So what does Leatherman have to say about all this? She insists that she was only trying to contact famous people in the media in order to have them tell the world her tale of being sexually assaulted and harassed. She insists that the police refused to help her and that Tom Cruise's PR assistant gave her tickets to see Mr. Cruise.

In any event, Leatherman guarantees she will not bother Cusack again.

19. Hey I know theat Emily from Portland Oregon, she's Plain NUTTS!!!
SO there is another customer that knew Her better(hit), And he wrote a song.OH they Dated. another person talk to her and the next week she said he had drugged her. Well There Is a song about her Miss Emily leatherman.Its Being recorded on monday....and It was writen Just before she moved from Portland.
She Is a freak0. Oh she was 86'd from a Tavern.....

23. I don't know what Emily Leatherman was hoping to gain in her actions. I would think if she has a history of assault with deadly weapons--as I read elsewhere--then red flags would wave and the judges would force court appointed psychotherapy on her. The idea that John Cusack--or any celebrity--should be used as a soundboard and that their backyards should be used for tossing out her garbage is totally delusional.
