32. He wasn't going full force on the bouncer. If someone has you in a hold like that then yeah your are going to fight back. Chad was just chilling. If somebody slammed me into a tree I would of been swining a lot harder. Seems like everybody has there panties in a bunch about a couple of slaps.... not punches. If you ask me the bouncer has some ego issues. You kick a DJ out and he wants his equipment, you can't steal from people. He wasn't going full force at the front dorr. If you ask me he is making sure his friend heard him... which he didn't. The guard then forced him while kneeing him in the crouch. His bag got stuck on the tree and when he tried to get his arm free while it was being ripped back by a gay bouncer. He was off the property and he was still being assualted way before he even start "slapping" the queer with handcuffs.

You just said he wasn't going full force on the bouncer!what the F*** is that mean?so going at him and hitting hin is ok as long as it's not full force??Take a look at how the Bouncer behaved!He was trying to push him back behind the ropes and he insisted on pushing back!The Bouncer looks like he is at least 230 Pounds and he had to actually push back at the Moron Muska in order to get him to move,when he didnt he pushed him up!You should take into consideration that there's probably other people behind who are trying to leave or walk in,and when you have a Drunk asshole trying to push his way thru you need to remove him from there in order not to endanger other people who are innocent by standards!
The Bouncer never ever even took a swing at him!!!!i never in my life have seen that someone especially a BOUNCER would take hits from anyone and not fight back in order to defend him self!Just think about it!and liste to the comments the stupid ass is making like oh i like he is so sexy and i HIT this guy i HATE him!!!you need to go back and actually see what is going on and not see what you would like to see!just my .2 cents

As for the story, that bouncer was just doing his job, but also, I think the bouncer should have let him get his needles. That's pretty f*cked up.

So they were both in the wrong. Chad didn't need to resort to violence, because it makes him look bad, and that bouncer should have just let him get his sh*t, and I'm sure that evening would have turned out differently.

42. first of all, chad didn't even fight back or anything, he DJed at the club it happened at, and his stuff was still in there. He was a little drunk and he wanted his stuff and was just gonna go get it and leave. Sure, the dude could've just picked him up and set him down away from the club, but no, he had to take it further. Chad ACCIDENTALLY hits him while trying to give some of his stuff away to a friend, and the guy knew this. Second of all, Chad had no chance because he had an expensive Apple Laptop in his freaking hand which he wasn't about to break just to fight this douche bag. There was absolutely NO reason for the bouncer (ACTUALLY TWO BOUNCERS) to put him up against a wall and try to fucking cuff him, all the while choking him, while he's still holding his computer. I'd call that 'unnecessary use of excessive force' for the bouncers, and I would definitely say Muska should press charges on the club and BOTH of those dickhead bouncers.

This video proves without a doubt that Chad was assaulted by the bouncer.
