Tyra Gets Her Grove On

Tyra Banks was spotted today sneaking into the Grove, a Los Angeles outdoor shopping center, wearing just a robe. She resembled a prizefighter entering the ring as she leaned on someone while they walked around. If that's not odd enough, what happened once she got into Barnes & Noble was even more bizarre.

After she walked into the popular bookstore, she shed her shy persona and began to dance around in a skimpy black outfit. Shaking her head this way and that, the daytime talk show host let loose for a bevy of cameras.

Maybe Stephen King has a new hardcover coming out and she couldn't contain her literary excitement. Or maybe she was shooting a segment for her show about the wild ways of bookstore employees. Only Tyra knows for sure.

It's funny how TMZ tries to spin a story. It's for her show, guys. Stupid spin.

Why do celebrities act so retarded in the spotlight? Tyra hides from the papparazi BUT yet she gives them a show by dancing so weird. What a Papparazi's dream. I feel sorry for anyone who enters show business and is a success. You either become weird (80% of the time) or you are solid like Tom Hanks and stay grounded. I'm happy to be a regular citizen, living a normal and happy life. Hand these celebrities fame and money and most of the time, they just CAN'T handle it.

If you watch her closely in the bookstore..her outfit, and her behavior (wild dancing around the guy seated in the chair...) she looks to be poking fun of Beyonce & JayZ from the Deja Vu video. I'm sure this has to be a segment of her show, I cant wait til it airs because Beyonce's video was hilarious!!!

CONSIDERING THAT TYRA BANKS HAS A DAY TIME TALK SHOW THAT REGULARLY GOES OUT ON THE STREETS OF LA, IT WOULD BE SAFE TO ASSUME THAT THIS PARTICULAR STUNT COULD HAVE HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH A SHOW....THATS JUST A THOUGHT.....

If it is for her show then what would drive Tyra to the Ivy unless she wanted attention-The Ivy is where they go to get noticed becuase they know paprazi are always there, then she has nerve to come to my area of Hollywood with nicole ritchie and bring paprazi-i know they didnt buy jac out of that discount store-this is all for attention. Then they going to be on t.v. crying about no privacy and paprazi. I can see her show coming on about I am Tyra Banks and zi am stalked and hounded.

Ditto #12. Obviously "Tyra's Run for the Barnes & Noble" doesn't have much of a ring to it, but anyone who lives in LA knows there is no Borders store anywhere in the Grove. Is TMZ bringing in copywriters from Iowa these days?

I wish I had a daytime show. I did the exzact same thing at a bookstore last weekend. Only instead of a bathrobe I had a cardboard box on my head. Unlike Tyra I was asked to leave the store.

This is a double standard. Why is it that just because I dont have a TV show, or forget to wear pants that I am treated like a second class citizen. ?

I hate that Tyra is everywhere. It means I could turn a corner and run into her 15 foot forehead, or get caught in her wild bug-eyed stare, or if I run right into her, suffocated by the saggy bags she calls boobs. It's horrifying to know she's out there, roaming the streets in her silk robe. What's worse is she's allowed to talk, maybe America is too free...
