British experts analyzed how many times a star is mentioned in the media, magazine covers, and entries on Google.com to come up with the power list.
Everyone's favorite born-again Brit Madonna came in at #2, with soccer stud David Beckham in third. Angelina edged out her real-life paramour, Brad Pitt, by one spot to come in at #5.
While Moss may have more promotional campaigns than she can count and a personal style that is often emulated by women around the world (including celebs like Sienna Miller, Nicole Richie, and Lindsay Lohan), we hope her alleged drug use debacle of 2005 isn't anything people want to mirror.

Kate Moss is a horrible influence todays teens. She does not deserve anymore attention. When her illigal drug habbits became public knowledge a while back she was shunned. How is it that she is so quickly forgiven and then on top of that she is rewarded. This business is full of people who see everything backwards. Can you belive the most influential people in the world would be between a drug addict an adulteress that screws a married man and had his baby, and an old lady that hangs herself on a cross. yikes.
