Fashion Falls Flat

Tory Burch FlatsThis season all the hippest celebs are giving their poor tired feet a rest after years of Manolo Blahnik sanctioned stiletto heel style foot abuse.

But don't think they're putting on their 2003 Uggs instead. Thank God!

The latest shoe to take Hollywood by storm is the Tory Burch Reva Ballerina Flat. No skinny jean would be caught dead without them.

Featuring a gold metal logo on the toe, the leather must-haves are currently available in black, green, gold and mustard and retail for under $200.

StyleChic's resident fashionista, Aly Scott, tells us Kate Bosworth, Mandy Moore and Reese Witherspoon have all hit Burch's Robertson Blvd. store to pick up the highly coveted shoes.

Besides the fact that they are flying out of stores, you know the flats must be fabulous if even the big O, Oprah Winfrey, has a pair.

So if you want to have the latest It shoe, while simultaneously giving your feet a much needed break, the Tory Burch Reva Ballerina is but a pirouette away.

4. I love this shoe!! And yes Sam and Libby has been around for a long time. They look good with jeans to. but the color is a little off. I would buy it if it's on sale.

5. Those shoes look simple, not flashy or stylish like the Manolo Blahnik shoes. Plus, most common people couldn't afford those $600 Manolo shoes. And the Uggs looked horrible in person from many celebrities a few years. Maybe simplicity is the key in shoe fashion for women this year with those flat shoes.

6. Im confused...have flats become the alternative to Uggs or something? I dont think that flats work well in snow. Not everyone lives in LA. Some of us do live in places where we actually get a significant amount of snow and where its actually below 50 degrees in the winter. If Uggs are out...whats the new Ugg??? And please don't say those hideous snow boots that were on this website last week. Those remind me of Napolean Dynamite.

7. Yeah, flats have totally been in for quite a while, even during summer. Don't forget that they aren't just for winter! Then again, we Mississippians have to wear everything in hot weather, because we have no winter!
