61. I personally like Nick, it's obvious to me that Nick is looking at something possibly on the stage. Like others have posted there have been plenty of pictures from their shared birthday bash, depicting Nick smiling... Does Nick have to have a grin on his face all night to prove to the gossip hounds that he is indeed having a good time? NO he does not. And if Nick isn't having a good time so the F**K what, everyone has bad days... I also want to state that Nick does not want Jessica any longer {HER LOSS} . Nick tried to save the marriage , he even tried getting her back, now look who wants who... JESSICA DESPERATELY WANTS NICK BACK... JMHO

64. I just don't think Vanessa is right for nick. She comes off as a slut & is using Nick for fame and money. she's a nothing and Jessica was gorgeous & had an amazing body. you can't even compare the two. Jessica wins 100-1!!!!!!!!!!!!!

68. TMZ, I'm disappointed, that your site is trying to start drama between Nick and Vanessa, when there isn't any to begin with. The man had a CONCERT prior before coming to TAO, but you fail to mention that. You also fail to show the other pics that have circulated from that night of them embracing and his hand on her butt. How conveinent that this "trouble in paradise" story comes AFTER all the rumored talk of them getting engaged.

70. Nick doesn't want Jessica back. Why? He has the precious gift of hindsight and he is a smart guy. He's actually a pretty articulate and very funny if you've listened to some of his recent radio interviews promoting WLOM. Unfortunately, no one really got to see this side of Nick on Newlyweds. The divorce was probably the worst and the best thing that happened to him. Worst..because when is divorce easy? No matter the circumstance (this one had some bad stuff going on) it takes a part of your soul and leaves you empty. Best because, it allowed him to take risks professionally and personally. He seems a better person because of that. His relationship with Vanessa seems very real and special because he seems to take great pains to protect it and guard it.

72. He's way better off with Vanessa. Jess was a cold hearted, spoiled brat! He's such a sweet down to earth guy. Vanessa's more his type. Jess is a high maintance kind of girl. Its all about her! I wish Nick and Vanessa all the happiness and I hope they make it!!!

73. I agree with other posters that TMZ must have had a slow news day. Nick and Vanessa seem happy together. Theres a darling pic of them on People.com in Las Vegas having dinner and smiling for the cameras.

No matter what the outcome of their relationship, I'm glad Vanessa helped Nick get over the no-talent, fame-loving Jessica. If you read any entertainment-site blogs, the majority of people can't stand her. Nick will survive and thrive because he is genuine and people know it.

74. There is to many people commentting on these people's private lives! No matter who you are or if your out celebrating, partying with your friends or having a private dinner with your sufficante other, there will always be a moment that if camara's are around the photographer, especially phtographer's that their livilyhoods are on the line, will come up with pictures of someone looking mad, aggrevated or just down right pissed off! Who's to say that Nick did not spot the Photographer taking these pictures and maybe they were meant to be private moments going on with them and their friends, and once again their privacey was invaded! I just don't think any of us should be commenting on pictures that you do not know what was going on! Everyone that has commented needs to look at pictures of yourself at parties I bet if they are just party pic's, there will be a bunch of pictures of you looking aggrevated at something! He could have had to many dranks, been tired from perfoming, and maybe he was just flat tired, but yet because it was his girlfriends birthday party, he didn't want to spoil her night, so he showed up anyway! As far as him still loving Jess, they both will always have a special place for each other in their hearts, they spent along time together, grew up together, and conquered "Hollywood" and becoming A Listers together! Their marraige wasn't going to last with her just being 18 when she met him, and trying to get their careers started! She needed time to grow up and explore all options of her life before she settled down! She didn't do that, so in the end she was pulled in numerous directions, and of course the marriage wasn't going to make it! Divorce is'nt pretty for anyone, and it happens daily to people all around us, but to live in the bubble these two people lived in, it was impossible! There is nothing wrong with Vanessa, she was not the cause of Jessica and Nick's problems, growing up and growing apart and really wondering what else was out there was the problem between Jess and Nick! If the world would drop the curiosity and get over the Nick and Jess relationship, you would see that they will always have a special place for each other and in all reality will wish the best for each other in the end! They loved each other, but sometimes more than not, life's commitments and distractions get in the way of making relationships work, and you have to go your seperate ways! Nick and Jess are from two entirely different backgrounds, and like different things in life, their differences and family backgrounds were too much to survive! I don't care what guy got with Jessica, until she has time to grow up, and trust her own business and personal instincts and is able to stand on her own two feet without feeling the need to ask her parents about every move in her life, a mature guy will always feel that they are having to "play second" to situations going on in their personal lives as husband and wife...Everyone needs to take a breath and ask yourself if you would like all these things that are so outragoues and crazy being said about all these people if you would like it to be said about you! Noone really knows what all went wrong or even right in their marriage/relationship, and absolutely noone knows what is the true motives of Nick, Vanessa and/or Jessica. It is their personal lives that all of you are speculating on, and truly have no idea about! I think you need to worry about your own problems in your own lives and let them try to enjoy their lives! They are not making mean and uncalled for remarks about other people's lives so let them live theirs!
