7. TMZ should go to Russell Springs and get the scoop on Tara not being allowed to graduate with her class because she was in alternative school for drugs and fighting and see that she maybe a 2.0 gpa....never a 4.0. She was also kicked off the cheerleading squad for drugs. What a Miss USA!
