Diddy Denied, Granny Gets In

Did you ever think you'd see the night when Sean "Diddy" Combs struggled to get into an after-party, but 61-year-old Helen Mirren would breeze right past the velvet rope?

It happened last night at the Sunset Tower Hotel. Diddy arrived at the party, but met with resistance. He got into a pretty heated conversation with a guy who looked like the head of security for the hotel. Several uniformed guards stood by as Diddy haggled with security and talked on his phone. How many times do you think he said, "Do you know who I am?"

About five minutes after Diddy arrived, Mirren, who won two Globes earlier in the evening, was greeted with open arms by the same security guard who stiff-armed Diddy. Mirren was then ushered in -- right past him!! Sometimes, it's good to be "The Queen."

3. The guy has about 10 bodyguards, more likely the reason he wasnt let in, he goes nowhere alone or just with a date.

6. yeah Diddy..take that. Know your place. Dont you know the US is going back 40 years. Next week, I bet 20 bucks they call you "boy" and tell you to go around back! What Mirren does for 1 million is called "art" what you do for 50 million is called "nonsense.' Its what makes the status quo feel better about themselves. I also bet the 40K a year security guard brags to his friends that he kept Diddy out of a hotel...making him feel better about himself.

15. #12.. U need some help, get some help... As for this topic... It was a GG after party, he did not recieve a GG nor was he nominated, therefore he had no right to bethere, that is why he was dissed. Why should he have been allowed in, cause he has $???
