Brandy: The 911 Calls

It has everything to do with it. It shows Brandy is not above lying to get out of a difficult situation.

2 Things:

1. I'll bet you anything she was on a cell phone, music loud, not paying attention to the road ! Want to bet !!

2. The 911 Operator asked some STUPID questions that delayed the response ! Color of car, anyone injured, etc. HELLO ! The guy said Bad Accident - probably people hurt, several caars involved etc. How about " OK sir, help is on the way ! Color of car - what a freakin joke !

Unless Brandy Norwell, was under the influence of any illegal substances, or alcohol, there should be no criminal charges filed. People have accidents everyday of the year. Unfortunately, that's the price you pay when you drive a vehicle. Drivers don't only have to watch out for themselves, but for other drivers as well. One split second, and many lives can be shattered. For her neglegience in not slowing down, she will probably be found liable. Once again, that's the price you pay when you are responsible for the proper management of an automobile. My heart and condolences go out to first the family, of the deceased, and then to Brandy, it will be a mistake, that very well could have been prevented, that she will have to live with for the rest of her life.

I have not read anyone else's comments yet because I am still shocked! I have to ask how the state can possibly be considering if they should prosecute for, and this is the part I can't understand, (1) year and or $1,000.00!???!? How does a person admittedly take someone's life and "maybe" face a misdemeanor?? WTF? By the way, about 15 years ago the law was changed from traffic "accident" because it is NOT an accident!! At least 1 person is Responsible and the woman in the stopped car is hard to fault! Is anyone else confused how the possible sentence is SO ubsurd??? I don't mean to seem ignorant or angry I just can't understand it!!

Eve ryone keeps talking about how fast she was going and that the max speed in the fast lane is 55 mph and she was doing 65 mph in the slow lane. Has anyone every drove these freeways. She is not the only one speeding! I have seen cops going a hell of a lot faster without lights so it is not like they had some emergency. She had an accident probably doing something stupid but you all are hypocritical like none of you have every done anything in your car that could take your mind off the road let's say changing your radio. They say ithat s enough to cause inattentive driving. She mad a bad choice no body is perfect!

First of all it is a tragic accident, and I am sorry it happened. However regarding the person's comment to Brandy should post a percentage of her future income should be ashamed of themselves because it was and ACCIDENT! We aren't talking about the future, we are talking about what currently happened and what is being dealt with right now; How many mistakes have you made or have yet to make? Keep that in mind and remember when you make a mistake to follow your advice and see if you would post a % of "your" future income, that is IF YOU EVEN HAVE A JOB.
Want to say well said to the person who stated :"he without sin throw the first stone" isn't that the truth? Indeed the truth will set you free, and instead of bad mouthing Brandy I will pray for her and the families involved in this horrible ordeal.
Some people like the ones making negative comments, are so shallow minded and ignorant should be ashamed to even be prejudging, but so call Pharisee like people don't know no better but to keep trouble. And the 1st thing haters like those type of people would do is go after $$$$ when they find someone who has it and can manipulate the situation and take advantage. So I would be careful, because the trap you try to dig for someone else could very well be your own... If anyone had since and really cared they would be praying instead of hating and throwing daggers into wounds that are already opened.

God bless those involve and their family. COREY I completely agree with you. Same thing happen to me on the freeway but thank God no one died. I wish everything gets resolved and people are able to move on.

Did Brandy even call 911? She is the one that hit the poor lady? I always hate when people say it was an !accident! if you were paying attention to the road like your are suppose too. There would be NO accidents and people would stop being killing by people that think they can do what ever they want.

i hope brandy is okay to, i know she will have to live with this the rest of her life. but what about the kids that lost there mother, her daughter (brandy"s) will have her mother.

She should have been watching the road as shes driving 65MPH!! She should go to jail. She may be a nice person but how careless and it cost someone their life. Now those kids have no mother and the husband has no wife. CARELESS
Its really sad that people with money can pay their way out of killing people.
