377. Why don't we just leave poor Anna rest in peace. She lived her life the way she wanted and when Danny died it was the end of her life. I know because I too have lost a teen-age son and daughter. Did I care if I lived or died???? N O. But I didn't do drugs and I had a 6 mo old baby when the 1st one died so I pulled out of it.
Some of us are stronger then others so let's just let poor Anna rest in peace with her b eloved son!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

382. Anna was an extremely fucked up person in more ways than one (and apparently a quite liberally fucked person as well, which is actually one of the few things I find liberating about her). I have read in several places during the past week or so that Anna went "laughing all the way to the bank." Which is perhaps true, although one has a little trouble envisioning her doing much laughing, at least of the hearty variety, during the past few months. What one aches to hear about this rather wretched balloon-breasted woman is that, just once, she might have been located "thinking all the way to the bank" or, heaven help us, "reading all the way" or “meditating all the way.” Contrary to what is widely being said about her -- i.e., that she was stupid -- she clearly was not. Ignorant yes (if I may make the distinction), often delightfully so, and magnificently uneducated. And yet in her vehement non-conformity and refusal to accept any sort of quotidian normality or tedium for her life, I believe she was actually a very advanced creature in her way, indeed was a throwback to the roots of modern philosophy, as outlined by Rene Descartes, who believed as Anna clearly did that no wisdom or accepted path of behavior should go unquestioned, in other words that life should be lived in perpetual defiance of typical repressive social patterns and expectations. So she had something going here, and knew it, at least on an intuitive level. On a more vulgar level (and I must make the point to get where I’m going) people say she had beautiful tits. Which is nonsense. They were buffoon tits, spectacles, almost entirely lacking in grace and subtlety. And the weirder-looking they got over the years, the more aptly they signified the coarseness and inelegance that had obviously claimed a good part of her inner being. What she did have that no one ever mentions is extraordinarily beautiful hands -- long and lean and graceful. And in these I find far better evidence of her specialness than can be found in her breasts, which were distinguished only by their size. People with those long prehensile claws are invariably special -- it is the mark of mystery and often old souls. And Anna had it to go with her disarmingly lovely face (isn’t this what we truly most loved in her?). Even in the appalling clown video, you can’t help but be struck by the otherworldly quality of the pleading eyes and generous mouth and the shapely bone structure behind the paint. Apart from all this, she is said to have stubbornly masterminded her own story and fate (which seems obvious in the way she treated most of the male slugs around her). Given her level of control (at least in the days before she started to unravel), she obviously knew something of what she was getting in a guy like Stern – basically ass-licking sycophancy -- and thereby deserved what eventually became his perverse attentions and manipulations. And in this she might be said to have masterminded her way into an early grave. Anna would have been far better off to have had one or two strong confident men in her life, and needless to say some strong confident women, too, but of course that would have required taking some responsibility and extending herself outside of the self-obsessive drug-addled little playpen that she and her preferred boyfriends lived in, and where she could call all the shots. In closing, might I suggest that rather than burying her at all, which seems like such a waste of earning possibilities for Mr. Stern, everybody concerned should just build her a giant funeral pyre somewhere near the last place she had a decent orgasm (if indeed she ever had one), stoke it with all her old National Enquirer columns, left-over prescriptions, 36DD bras, etc., and film it all as the flames rise around her and those vestiges of her soul that are still intact ascend into the hereafter (surely her “remains” are little more than a nightmare at this point anyway). And then show us all the film, and we can sign off, and so can she. Throw Daniel on too. One thing seems certain, that neither of their restless souls is gonna be happy for very long in the sun-scorched clay of a lonely Bahamian cemetery.

385. I have watched the trial on where to put Anna's body. This is not a hard decision. Put her where she wanted to be buried next to her son. Would this be such a hard decision if she wouldnt have money and be famous? Everyone wants a piece of poor Anna. Maybe she wouldnt of died if her mother would of showed more interest in her, and wouldnt of allowed x husbands to rape her, and others to molest her, when she was younger and her mother use to beat the hell out of her. Why hasnt this all came out? Why havent they dug into Vergies past with anna like what they have with Howard? Her brothers and sisters also use to molest her and beat her. And Vergie wants to new baby. This woman just needs to go back to her trailor and leave Anna rest in peace and leave howard alone. Her mother wasnt suppose to tell anyone that she was going to view the body, who did she have ride with her there? A reporter from Splash Magazine. That made me sick. There were helicopters from Splash flying over head the Medical Examiners Office getting pictures of Vergie as she walked out. What a poor excuse for a mother. Vergie also sold video to Splash Magazine of her and her sister going to Daniel's grave in the Bahamas. She recieved 30,000.00 dollars for the video. Cant they do something to Vergie for leaking to the press that she was going to view Anna's body when they were told not to by the court? Anna's mother Vergie is just in it for money. It was proving on the stand that the only ones who have made money off Danny's death was Vergie and Larry B. not Howard Stern, he refused to sell any video's or anything but the other two didnt hesitate to recieve blood money. I wonder if Vergie stopped any charges in the county where she worked as a cop against the rape and molestation of Anna. This stuff should also be investigated. And that stupid Jackie Hatten that is been on the news saying she was friends with Anna, is also a Kook. Jackie stated she has been a friend with Anna for 15 years. That is crap she only meet Anna when Anna dated her brother, and mind you Jackies brother is in prison for stalking Anna and beating up a neighbor. Jackie stated she was trying to get Anna off drugs in one interview, in a earlier interview she said she did drugs with Anna. What a Kook. She also is just making money of Anna's death. Why dont these people all go back into the wood work where they crawled out from and let Anna rest in peace with her son in the Pahama's and leave Howard alone. And let Howard and Larry B. figure out who is the baby. May Anna rest in peace.

386. Howard may have sprung his "own trap" by insisting she be buried with Daniel. If Daniel's father decides to move him to Texas, then of course they will bury Anna there, and Howard cannot back out on how that is the ONLY place she would want to be. Funny how things work out sometimes.

That is what the appeal is based on, that the man wanted Daniel buried in Texas, and the judge cut him off from finishing what he was saying.

389. Dr. Kapoor has hired high power Saylor Company PR for his crisis management. Owner Mark Saylor says that his company was founded to "to provide strategic and crisis PR counsel". Seems like Dr. Kapoor is in need of crisis counsel public relations. I wonder if this will or has affected his practice. I don't think I would want him to be my doctor - Gosh can you imagine if you were one of his patients taking xanax or valium and the CA medical board contacting you - how embarassing that would be.

Besides hiring PR must be really expensive. I wonder if all this was worth it for him??

Sounds like a long road ahead of Dr. Kapoor.
