63. Everything is in place for an arrest. If Howard will not agree to directions to give the baby's DNA, he won't be arrested, but he will have to give up the baby. Hopefully, people will be on hand to take her as court ends.

Then the criminal investigation will be in full swing.

tried to keep the baby away from Larry" -- Anna can't make that
decision even if she was 100% sober, which she wasn't. A biological
father has rights unless proven to be a bad influence.Who the hell
cares what Anna wanted (and I'm not bashing Anna), but children
aren't Possessions, damn it! Anna was so wasted and influenced by
HK$. Anna didn't want anything to do with Larry because she wanted
to get high while pregnant. The baby is actually very fortunate not
to have a mother like her in her life.

By the way, LJK - you have ALL your facts incorrect. In fact, it is... WAS.... Stern who had only one client - Vikki Lynn Hogan, now he has zero. Birkehead was asked by Vikki Lynn to be her exclusive photographer, meaning he was the only one SHE wanted to photograph her. He has MANY clients. Look it up! He works for a firm, he isn't "self-employed" like Stern. If he had only ONE client, he would have been fired like Stern was from HIS firm. Birkehead paid and continues to pay his own way, isn't squatting on someone else's property.
And, Birkhead was shopping ALONE. If the papparazzi follow him, he cannot help that. In fact, if you look at the photo, you will see it was taken in a rather sneaky fashion so he wouldn't know.

Time for a reality check, my dear. READ first, then speak, or write.

70. Apparently some people know nothing about Larry...he is not an actor. He is a photographer and a damn good one and I would bet he has enough money plus family to give that little girl a very good life without her money. He is the real deal every time you see him on tv. Hope and pray he is the father and gets his baby girl. I am also sure he will never give up the fight until it is determined he is not the father which I don't believe it ever will.

72. I have a friend that is now an ex-junkie and alcoholic. She landed herself in the streets living in an opening in a city park hedge. Had two children, one of which died of drug related issues and another which was taken away from her. I tried to love her and talk with her about her problems MANY MANY times and each time she would shut me out for months. This is very common behaviour of people that are addicts and are in denial about themselves. They think nothing of themselves and at the same time ONLY about themselves. Thank GOD she came to!
Anna shut everyone out that tried to help her! This is why she left Larry. She also left the US before giving birth because it is MANDATORY in the USA to do blood tests on newborns and she was afraid she would be caught! Face it people! Anna may have been good looking but she was a self-absorbed bitch. So you people that think she left Larry over sunglasses need a reality check!

Larry Birkhead seems very confident that Dannielynn is his child. For his sake I hope he's right because of all the people who have come out of the wood work claiming to be her father, seems that he is the only one who has her interest at heart and not in it for the money that may possibly come along with her. This is one of the saddest cases I've ever seen where a precious innocent baby is concerned. If Howard K. Stern hasn't had an income for a number of years, I don't see how he would be monitarily capable of rearing this little child. To give a child even only the bare necessities in this day and time can be quite costly. I'm afraid he may have an alteria motive in trying to claim Dannielynn. I pray for this baby. She's an innocent baby who like any child deserves the best and will never know her mother. Let's all pray that however this turns out, little Dannielynn will be reared properly and have a wonderful life.
