33. why in the hell are you blaming this on someone who may or may not be mexican? you have no idea what his background is! she is the dumbass who chose to drink and drive not the other person. its a shame to know that b/c she was on laguna she will get slapped on the wrist, when people like us would lose our liscense, attend satop, and have to pay a fatty fine. as far as im concerned she should be punished and whatever establishment served her (if thats the case) should be punished also! jessica should sit down and talk to someone who lost a family member from a drink driving accident....then maybe she will realize!!!!

38. It's a sad day when our kids can't get home safetly after an otherwise enjoyable time spent with friends. I agree the young lady needs a scolding but, to wish her harm is just not right. Clearly the other car should have been more careful knowing full well that our children are entiltiled to drive also. Isn't it enough that her car was damaged? And the possibility that her family will have to live through a horrific time in the courts. I just wish other drivers could be more cautious.
