George HamiltonTMZ has learned that George Hamilton is the front-runner to replace Bob Barker on the "Price is Right."

We're told that CBS honcho Les Moonves and the show's producers think George is "wonderfully charming" and "could really make the show work."

We'll let you know if and when the perma-tanned TV titan is told to "come on down!"

20. .......Bob Barker, is a unique person with an appeal to young and old. He is a class act!
.......Mr.Perma Tan, is a unique person with an appeal to himself. Not a class act......
Mr. Barker will be hard to follow.....It might have to be someone totally different, but it should be someone who is not a fraid to have his make up smudged.....Poor choice poor choice......................

21. George Hamilton must be in his eighties though it is hard to tell after all the plastic surgery he has done. He is NOT CHARMING AT ALL. He is just plain weird and think he would be a disaster as a show host. Even for animal kingdom.

22. I would like to see Frank, oh, what's his last name, you know, from the show call STREET SMART. He is funny & down to earth & get along well with all kinds of contestants. Frank has my vote!

29. George is so annoying and cheesy. He always has to be the center of attention and is always playing to the camera. The show would be unbearable. I hate him!!! Couldn't stand him on Dancing with C-list Celebs.
