This Week's Biggest Losers 04/15/07

4/14/2007 4:01 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Don ImusIn a perfect Zone, the forthcoming sex tape from Season Two "American Idol" contestant Olivia Mojica would play out to the sounds of William Hung's "She Bangs," but for this sorry lot, a simple funeral march will suffice.

Don Imus: We had Don on last week's list, but since then, events have conspired to put him in the running for This Year's Biggest Loser. Stripped of his MSNBC simulcast and WFAN-AM syndicated morning radio show, he's now pushing the control buttons of "Imus in the Mourning." Would producer Bernie McGurk's ill-fated comments have sparked as big a furor had they been exchanged with a top-selling rap artist? You know, the kind that keeps radio parent company Viacom in the green via MTV and BET? Hard to say, but with the loss of Howard Stern and now the 66-year-old Imus, CBS Radio is suffering a serious case of jock shock.

Tom DelayTom DeLay: For the love of a combover, do we really need another he-said-she-said feud pitting a male authority figure against "The View's" Rosie O'Donnell? Apparently, indicted former Congressman DeLay thinks so. Jumping into the fray of the get-Imus bandwagon, DeLay aired out his grievances on CNN and website TownHall.com, dredging up comments from La Rosie that are ancient history. She replied with a blog item entitled "Tommy D," but we think DeLay should take his cue from perennial funny guest Bruce Willis as to what people need right now. On "The Late Show with David Letterman," while perusing a gag list of alleged female conquests handed to him by Dave, the pranking "maxi-super-megastar" confirmed he'd slept with all members of "The View," including Rosie.

Harvey WeinsteinHarvey Weinstein: The PR campaign for Miramax's "Grindhouse" started way back at the 2006 Scream Awards, with co-stars Marley Shelton, Rosario Dawson and Rose McGowan prancing lasciviously around the Pantages Theater stage. Despite months of exploitation incantation, the highly touted Miramax flick was trumped on opening weekend by... the Ice Cube family sequel "Are We Done Yet?" Is Weinstein done yet? Not quite. Although he is threatening to break up and re-release the Rodriguez and Tarantino halves as two stand-alone movies, take a hint, Harvey. The stars of today's exploitation industry are folks with names like Anna Nicole, Brad and Angelina.

Joe FrancisJoe Francis: There is no man boob flashing going on in this extended edition of "Multi-Millionaires Gone Wild." At least not yet. Based on court documents filed this week, what we do have is a Mardi Gras of anti-anxiety pills, sleep medication, alleged jail guard bribery, alleged tax evasion and teary-eyed exiting of a Florida courtroom. Francis once bellowed that U.S. District Court Judge Richard Smoak was a "judge gone wild." Thanks to perhaps as much as $20 million in alleged bogus 2002 and 2003 business expense deductions, Francis may well turn out to have been done in by "Tax Accountants Gone Wild." In the blink of a spring break girl's inebriated eye, this say-it-ain't-so-Joe has gone from pondering the menu of a planned chain of themed GGG restaurants ... to possibly sampling the taste of prison food.

David E. KelleyDavid E. Kelley: We'll admit that any guy who is married to Michelle Pfeiffer wakes up every morning a personal winner. Still, the final episode of his canned, mid-season Fox show, "The Wedding Bells," drew just 3.8 million viewers last Friday, Kelley is now struggling with the casting of the planned ABC remake of the BBC-TV series "Life on Mars." What gets us is that Kelley has had to glance across the pond for inspiration, rather than relying on a craggy corner of his prolific writer brain. It's no accident that the only show flying these days for Kelley, "Boston Legal," has one foot firmly planted in the procedural world. Maybe instead of putting Pfeiffer in his 2008 flick "Chasing Montana," Kelley should turn to a Calista Flockhart/Harrison Ford reality TV series called "Chasing Wyoming."

112. Use your computer - and the internet to send off a civil email to all the record producers and outlets stating how you feel about their music. Get together with whatever groups you belong to and have them do the same. Send multiple emails....Tell them you won't buy! If enough people complain - the majority can make a difference. i.e. the last election for Congress. And for God's sake ask your local governments to enforce the noise level laws & turn off these car radio systems that break our eardrums. No more gangstas in the neighborhood, please. If we get together as a voice - we will be heard. Sadly, since we are in a declared war - we cannot gather and march the way we did in the late 60's and early 70's without fearing arrest for things like sedition. This is certainly not the world I had hoped for.

We all know Imus should not have made the comment about the Rutgers team. However, I have never seen such a witch hunt. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson ought to be ashamed for their behavior. They caused a man to get fired for a stupid, innocuous remark!!! He apologized and that was enough for me. I just can't stomach the hypocrisy!! Firing Don Imus is not going to do anything to help race relations in this country. I don't understand how all of a sudden everything thing the Rutgers team had accomplished is now over and they have all lost their glory because of Don Imus. That is just ridiculous. They are giving him way too much power and importance!! I think the other team who actually won the championship, has lost their glory because of this over blown matter! We have serious problems going in this world today, and people doing dispicable things to each other on a daily basis, so we need to put this issue into perspective. Get over it girls!! And move on with your new found fame, book and movie deals!!

#116 Maybe they do "perpetuate racial tension everywhere they go", and they like others have "lied, cheated and stolen". But so have many other politicians, regular people, etc.
But how does that justify calling them such derogatory names like them and adding fuel to the fire??? It takes more than one person to keep a "war" going, and unless people are going to learn to handle things in a different way, it will certainly not get any better, just get worse! If people are going to stoop to this level of racial/sexist name calling, then despite whatever opinion they have, it makes it invalid because of their comments, and does not make them any better what so ever than the ones who they are condemning!!! It's okay to get angry, frustrated, whatever. But it doesn't make it right to call some of the names that are being used on here, and to group everyone in a race together because NOT all people are like that. But it seems useless to try and get someone with that much hate and bigotry in their heart to listen to common sense. But those who are participating in continuing this filth will one day be judged, and unless they forgive, they themselves will NOT be forgiven either!!

STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just because black (and white and latin) rappers are getting so much publicity does not mean the average black person is the same. If you only get your info from TV, movies & music; how can you know what normal black people are like? They are just like you and me - just like. They have jobs, husbands/wives, children, people serving in Iraq, families and fears and hopes for their future. If you weren't already so afraid, you would be able to see that.
The Sharptons and Jacksona are a caricature of Martin L. King. They never really had what was in his heart - they just made themselves up to appear to be like him. Many white politicians pay heed to these two. ie. the attendees at next weekends National Action Network Convention held in New York City. This is Sharptons little money maker. Both the Clintons will be there - go to www.nationalactionnetwork.net to see who is sleeping with Sharpton. Sharpton & Jackson are narcissists - worst thing you can do to them is not pay any attention to them. So why are all these people attending this conference? To prove they are not racist? It only proves to me that they are fueling the radical game of Sharpton which will not benefit the general american population no matter what color you are. People need to get together and figure out how to disqualify (no I did not mean discredit - that will come along with)these two individuals from having political power. Their political power lies in the fact that some whites think that they speak for the black population. So black population - you could speak up and tell them no more. Who will step foward? When someone accuses you of unfounded racism, I love to say back - no, I don't thing so....I think I just don't like YOU.

trailrunner, it's not peace, love and kumbuya. There is a double standard with regards to racisim in America. Where have you been? You are undoubtedly from the north and have very little exposure to the effects of blacks on society. How can you just about deny the things that I said? I don't see any untruths in the statements I made. I am tired of blacks consideing themselves the victims of the white man. Are you saying that the prisons are filled to capicity with blacks because of what happened in the 1960"s? When will blacks start taking responsibilty for their current circumstances? You comments just enable them even further. Read over some of the comments on these Imus boards (not just this one) made by blacks and you will get a good idea where some of them stand. Not a word is spelled correctly, such slang and trash talking. Imus was joking, he's a known jerk but his comments are taken out of context because of blacks crying racism. Open your eyes and come down south and take a look.
