Ashlee Simpson Held Up ... by Her Boyfriend

After a long night at the opening of Pete Wentz's new NYC bar, Angels and Kings, Ashlee Simpson needed a little help walking to the car ... maybe she was just really tired?

The emo-wannabes looked a little wobbly in the Apple last night as they made their way back to their hotel, with Ash clutching her eyelinered man for support as they stumbled along.

A more put together Jay-Z, a striking Petra Nemcova, fashion legend Tommy Hilfiger and "Soprano" James Gandolfini also partied at the event in today's shaky edition of Star Catcher.

12. #7 My 10 year old daughter thinks Jessica and Ashley are pathetic losers too. She loves to read, play guitar, play with her friends, and play soccer when she is not thinking about global warming or animal rights. My daughter knows that looks are not everything and knowledge is power.

14. According to friends of mine who were at that party, Ashlee was so wasted that she puked up in the restrooms twice and was shouting down people's ears and talking crap by the end of the night. Pete must have been so embarressed to be with this drunken starlet. She's only with Pete for publicity to revive her thriving pop career.
No long-lived romance for these two. I give it until the end of the year before he ditches her to be with someone who can actually control themselves.
