Reunited and It Feels So Good!

5/2/2007 1:12 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

With a tender kiss and a cuddly teddy bear, Larry Birkhead shared an emotional moment with his daughter Dannielynn yesterday, before the two took a private jet out of the Bahamas.

Shortly after this photo was taken, daddy and daughter landed in Birkhead's homestate of Kentucky, where Dannielynn is getting to know some of her extended family.

8999. "Joplin",

We don't really get your point. Since this is quite an "old blog", one has to do some maneuvering to find it. You went to quite a bit of trouble just to tell us off.

The people that post here aren't interested in your mindless diatribe. Go to any of the over 5 million BLOGS on the Internet and make your feelings known.

We can get into pretty heated discussions here, but it's never a benefit to those that monitor the blog for opinions/scenarios and facts involving the deaths of two individuals and the well-being of a tiny, precious baby girl and her family.

If you’re just here to denunciate the BLOG and those of us that enjoy BLOGGING here, we ALL say to you, ~ VAARWEL ~ ADIOS ~ ADIEU ~

"Truth or Dare" and "Joplin",

Do NOT attack a person DIRECTLY. Learn some BLOG-MANNERS!

Attack their statements ….their gut-level-feelings that are put into words here. Attack the FACTS that are stated here, that you believe to be FALSE.

To attack an individual DIRECTLY, by "calling them out", makes YOU out to be a bully. Now, you don’t want us to think of you as a BULLY, do you?! If we think of you as a BLOG-BULLY, you will get ignored. Then you will get bored …and then you will leave, as ALL the Blog-Bullies do because they have nothing to contribute …really.

BTW. You could NOT get away with poor blog-manners on ANY OTHER BLOG. It’s only tmz that allows us to use multiple names. I DO NOT change my moniker and neither does Suzanne. This makes us fair game, but we have an advantage. We actually “speak” to each other on this blog. You blog-cowards will NEVER be able to do this because you are hiding behind multiple signatures and that‘s why you are called $TERNOIDS!

Sorry ….NOT!!

"He Is Not Only Smart, but Very Careful, Too"

WHEN he was planning his vast estate, Warren E. Buffett apparently wanted to make sure that no one would be watching a legal battle over his inheritance play out on the E! channel someday.

As he was signing a set of letters last week to transfer $37.4 billion of his fortune to five different charities, including the "Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation", Mr. Buffett deadpanned: "I wanted to make sure I didn't ever send one that started, 'Dear Anna Nicole Smith.' "

He was, of course, making a joke about the late J. Howard Marshall, a fellow billionaire who died in 1995 and whose estate was the subject of a recent Supreme Court decision.

Ms. Smith, a former Playboy playmate who starred in an E! cable-network reality show bearing her name, fought with Mr. Marshall's son, E. Pierce Marshall, over the fortune.

The Supreme Court said the matter belonged in the federal court system, where a judge had given Ms. Smith — legal name, Vickie Lynn Marshall — $88 million of her late husband's estate.

A Texas state court had earlier denied her any money, awarding it all to the younger Mr. Marshall. After the Supreme Court sent the case back to federal district court, the son pledged to continue fighting, but he died last month at 67.

The Marshall family feud amply illustrates a point that Mr. Buffett made about the difficulties of planning an estate. "It's a much tougher problem, frankly, than amassing money," he said. JEREMY W. PETERS
