20. Cops do not have the right to pull you over when ever they want to. But if for whatever reason they do then the best thing to do is what they ask and not be a smart @ss. Lashawn, in order to state your rights you have to know them first. And everytime a black man is pulled over it's not to be consider racist. And this is comming from a black man. I'm not in love but they have a job to do and just imagine the world without them you wouldn't want to come out your house. I say that to say keep your nasty comments to yourself regarding those who protects and serve your city.

He was initially pulled over for having no license plate and a loud exhaust. He was detained b/c he had no CA license (only Georgia) and they were trying to determine if he was in fact a California resident.
