11. I don't mean to come across as a prude, but...don't these establishments have a need for a liquor license? Maybe these youngsters weren't in there drinking, but aren't they supposed to not even be in these places? Even if they are in there drinking Nestle's Quick, something is not right. This club and all the others shown with the teens in them deserve to be raided. It would happen here in the state I live in for sure. It isn't like these kids have false I.D.'s like regular kids who sneak in to clubs- they not only know who they are letting in, they know that they are underage. Shame on them- it's all about $$$ to them to have the cool hangouts. Who cares about the children.

12. These bars have liquor licenses but the cops only bust non-celebrities. The cops look the other way when it comes to under-age celebrities drinking in the clubs. Now once they hit the streets, they are FAIR game. Look at Drew Barrymore. She was 9 years old when she was drinking and clubbing and she was never arrested at all.
I would love to have sex with Miley Cyrus NOW. Ten years from now I hope she is not a drugged-out former has-been.

15. bettyanne & Edward: In California, if a nightclub serves hot food then technically it is considered a restaurant and minors can be there. This is true even if the hot food is a microwaved pizza or sandwich. I agree that these youngsters have no business being in a nightclub.
