It seems Ty has learned from his unfortunate experience by hiring a driver not like some recent celebrity who does not understand her probation and continues to get behind the wheel and has never contibuted to society and peoples needs like Ty has done. Good Luck Ty!

First Ty apologized and admitted his mistake. Then he had the good sense to HIRE A DRIVER. There have been no family and friends whining about how "unfair" this has been on him. Oh yeah, no sex tape. Paris, GET A CLUE!

No, he's not married, and yes the lady is his manager and a longtime Girlfriend. I think they own a house together...according to his magazine. which is great by the way

Since Ty Pennington's arrest, I feel he has shown the respect, and maturity he really is all about. I was not ashamed of him as so many other's mentioned they were in there post's. I do feel that this has been a wake up call for him, and I hope from his current action's other's will learn from this as well. Ty Pennington has been making the correct decision's for himself since this matter came to surface. I respect him for using driver's for himself as he has been doing lately. I also have respect for him that he is not trashing his action's by speaking out over, and over again, and not pushing aside what he did. He has made his public announcement at the time that he did, and I feel he knows very well what he did was wrong, and I have full faith in all he said in his statement to the public. He reminds me of a member of my own family that is always a bit hyper like Ty is on the show. My family member could work circle's around anyone I can think of in the business up on the fly floor, and though he too is like Ty, he never was, or is hyper from alcohol, nor drug's. I hope that this will be behind Ty soon, and he can continue to do what he has such a passion doing. I have put off doing my video for the show for a number of reason's recently, but I do hope that all of the sponsor's keep their contract's with Ty so he can hopefully someday use the bull horn and holler...Good Morning xxxxx Family! I would rather not even do the video if Ty Pennington was not on the show anymore, as I have such a special request of him, and him only if ever cleared by all involved to do so.
Keep on keepin on Ty. You are sending the right message to many by your current action's, and taking responsibilty for the wrong one you made. I hope to see all of you on the show one day.
