47. This is a great example of why she needs rehab; she's living in her own private Idaho. So, she wants to finish her rehab, and IMMEDIATELY jump back into the environment that caused her to become a falling down drunk? Not smart. Also, that attorney is not worth the money she's paying him; he must think he's a publicist. Not only is he apparently lying about the vodka company sponsorship, but he could EASILY get her out of the contract; I'm sure Caesars would understand about not having her back in a bar so quickly after she sobers up (they don't want to get the reputation of forcing her to party so soon after rehab). He must be getting paid to make sure she goes to everything she contracts for, regardless of circumstances.

52. another serious rehab-i hope these drinking and driving idiots don't end up killing someone. i'm afraid that's what it will take before they take this serious. if they want to commit suicide, that's fine with me, but just don't take any innocent people with them. hopefully the judge and prosecutor will see this, and send her to lynwood with her crime partner.

These girls are playing a poker hand that I would hope my 20-year-old son doesn't play....at this point in time, I would say (as odd as it sounds) Paris stands the best chance of pulling her life together (after jail).

Shirley Maclaine (a superb actress) should rethink casting Lindsay Lohan in her film (she isn't the only young starlet with great potential). If she doesn't at this point (as Lindsay Lohan needs to get herself psychologically healed before taking on another movie), Shirley will lose my respect as an Actor-Director.

55. I have a friend that is a nurse for a plastic surgeon in San Diego. I guess some stars make the drive down and feel that there is less chance of getting caught after a nip and tuck compared to LA. Anyhow this friend says that Dilo was in the office for a consultation for an eye lift. While she was in there office she showed my friend a horrible and deep scratched Dilo claimed was from Tara. Apparently Tara saw Dilo at some club in Vegas talking to Jamie Foxx and went berserk. Dilo said that Tara hates her for two reasons one of which was Dilo’s affair with Stedman and the second was because Lindsay squired Herbal Essence Shampoo in Tara’s face after some childish fight at a spa in Cabo San Lucas.

56. Riiiight!!! I don't buy one bit of this! Nothing has changed. Nothing will change til someone is dead. And you know it won't be LL or one of her partying POS "friends".

Also I heard an interview with her dad about how her friends are the bad influence & why she is where she is. Um, is just me or does she hang quite frequently with HER MOTHER?!!! I guess we now know who the crappy influence is, don't we? Dina should probably grow the hell up, realize that SHE is part of the problem & get mental/substance help herself. She probably needs it!!! Hmmmm...where was CPS a few year back? Before her daughter turned 18.

59. I would NEVER NEVER wish or say DEATH on anybody.
However,the only way Nicole Richie, Miscah Barton, Brintey Spears, Paris Hilton, and Lyndsay Lohan will get the message that they are living like trash, messing up lives of an abundance of wealth & health & opportunities and even the lesser concern of theirs - endangering society by driving drunk and drugged, is if one of them DIES!!! Maybe ,just maybe if one of them KILLS somebody in society by their recklas life choices and they get sued for a few million, maybe they will change. I only say "maybe" here.
That is what it will take for them and their families to get the message is afte rone of them ends up DEAD . Anna Nicole S. was not really a trainwreck of their generation.
The law , is a FRIGGEN joke ,at least in CA because celebs can do no wrong. Slap on the wrist. Protection under the law. Short fines or sentences. No biggie. Non-celebs would , regular folk,would be palced UNDEr the jailhouse if they did what some of these girls have done.
