TMZ has obtained the official document ordering Paris Hilton back to an L.A. City jail to serve the 45-day sentence imposed last month -- "with appropriate credit."

Compared to the DA's wife, Paris is a neophite. I also think that the Judge should be disrobed and disbarred. Who does he think he is anyway?

Why is it when "they guys" all go out and party they get cute little nicknames like "the Rat Pack" etc.. when the girls go out - it's a double standard? I was their age once - perhaps not as ignorant but then again?? I blame the parents of these girls for not educating them about alcohol, partying & the consequences it all may have while they were growing up. Instead taught them to get out there, have fun and not to think for themselves -just rely on the PR people etc.. It's a shame. 45 days is a bit much - 7 days and mandatory intense community service should have been suffice.
