This has been an orchestration brought on by her legal defense team from the get go!

This outcome was planned from the very beginning. What a yoyo. She is being handled the very same way that got her into this mess in the beginning.

She is missing the boat by letting her fate rest in the hands of this legal team.

WHAT IS SHE THE PRESIDENT!!!! WHAT A JOKE. ANY NORMAL PERSON WOULD HAVE HAD 1 YEAR FOR THE OFFENSE THAT SHE DID. AND SHE ONLY GOT 45 DAYS TO BE REDUCED TO 23 DAYS TO BE REDUCED TO 5. LA COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT WAS DEFINITELY PAID OFF ON THIS ONE. AND WHAT A MOCKERY THEY ARE MAKING OF THEMSELVES. THEN ON THE RELEASE FORM THEY EVEN PUT SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO WEAR THE ANKLE BRACELET. WHO PAID WHO WHAT. HER PARENTS ARE THE REASON SHE IS THE WAY SHE IS. THEY WERE THERE WHEN SHE WAS 15 DRINKING IN CLUBS AND DANCING ON TABLES. THATS WHAT KIND OF EXAMPLE SHE HAS. NO WONDER SHE IS SO SCREWED UP. EVERYONE THAT GOES TO JAIL WANTS TO HAVE AMENTAL BREAKDOWN THEN THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE FREED JUST LIKE PARIS WAS. WHERE IS THE EQUALITY. JUST BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE DOESN'T HAVE THE MONEY HER PARENTS HAVE THEY HAVE TO SERVE THEIR SENTENCE. WHAT A JOKE THE WHOLE HILTON FAMILY IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excuse me in the documents from the DA it is ordered for her to appear in court at 9:00 am, not via phone.

Are they going to not abide by this court order as well.

Just keep it up CA., you are falling faster and faster in the eyes of the public.

A horrible precendent is being set.

The only course of action that will be acceptable for everyone will be that she appears in court in front of the judge and finish the sentence that was imposed upon her.

The judge should then find the LA Sherrif's department in contempt for improperly releasing her. Maybe then they will think twice about going against a judicial order.

If ANY OTHER person in the SAME situation would have had to STAY IN JAIL or APPEAR IN COURT ..................... WHY would Paris not have to?

This makes no sense. I guess the message LA wants to send is ..... be a celebrity and get away with anything. She DROVE drunk. She COULD have KILLED SOMEONE. She has not learned anything other than how to BUY off people and PLAY THE SYSTEM.

I am so fuming over this unfairness. She was sentenced and it said NO to home arrest. Unbelievable. Now she gets ANOTHER chance to be ABOVE the LAW and not even appear in court.

All prisoners in L.A. jails should choose a day to hold a "cry-in" that might lead to their all getting released to home detention!

Fine. If you feel that way then you appeal the sentence. If that does not work then you serve the time.

In every single instance from the first DUI Paris has received special treatment. ONLY the Judge and Prosecutor have held her responsible. In a civilized society this is wrong. It leads to unrest. The rule of law needs to be respected.
