Britney thumbed her nose as a custody agreement with soon-to-be ex-hubby Kevin Federline, by taking their two children on a jaunt to Hawaii – and he’s now vowing to take the children away from her. Kevin hit the roof when he learned Britney was wallowing in the Pacific sun without a nanny, says sources. Britney’s custody agreement with Kevin states that she can’t take the boys out of L.A. County without his consent and without a nanny. An insider reveals, “For two days Kevin was desperate to find his children.” Kevin, worried over Brit’s drinking drug use, and wild behavior, had refused to give his OK to the Hawaii trip. Kevin bombarded her with phone calls, but she refused to answer. When Kevin checked the hotel Britney has used on previous Hawaiian vacations, she wasn’t there. According to an insider, when Britney finally answered her cell phone she infuriated Kevin even more when she told him she was indeed in Hawaii, sitting poolside sipping a drink. Kevin could barely control his temper. He issued an ultimatum: Get on a plane with the kids by noon on June 8 and head back to L.A. Britney deliberately missed the noon deadline, but did get on a plane later in the day. When Kevin finally got to see his boys, they were exhausted. Now Kevin is determined to gain full custody of his children by going back to court to argue that Brit is an unfit mother, with the trip to Hawaii just the most recent incident in the loopy behavior that she’s been displaying. “Kevin is upset that Britney’s partying hasn’t stopped. She’s drinking heavily, and Kevin believes she’s also doing drugs,” said the insider. “He urged Britney to surrender the kids to him permanently, but she said: ‘No way!’ But based on Britney’s boozing alone, Kevin believes he’ll be awarded full custody when he takes her to court.” Kevin wants Brit to take a drug test. Kevin’s patience with Britney has worn thin. The insider reveled, “He’s not waiting any longer. He feels he gave Britney plenty of room to show she could be a good mother. Now he feels she can’t be trusted and he’s going back to court right away to try to get full custody.” Kevin says, “If the court awards full custody to him and Britney loses her children, she’ll have no one to blame but herself.”

She should learn to stay out of the limelight for a while, get an extreme makeover on her face (Looks like she hasn't been sleeping well, only look ok with the sunglasses on), let her beautiful hair grow (she lost her magic without it). There isn't a real need to make a comeback so quickly and end up disappointed.

Actually, I think her face look beautiful even though she was chubby (Dec 2006 photo). Now her body is ok but she look tired.

She should also learn to manage her money, the millions cannot last forever with her huge spending! Leave the past behind, don't be insane and fight with that Shar over the good-for-nothing 2 timer. He doesn't deserves the love of any woman.

Britney, love and take care of yourself instead of others cos' no one will be there for you when you loss your millions, the world is just so selfish and only give nasty and bad comments when you are down!

80. What? No more sanctimonious comments from sherry allen? Why doesn't she enlighten the rest of us about Iraq? And surely she can give us the latest news about everything else that's going on in the world? And I'm sure she's very busy reading War and Peace and other classic novels because she would never lower herself to look at a celebrity magazine? Or did she just get her "itsy bitsy" feelings hurt because somebody called her out on her holier than thou, think's she's better than everybody else attitude? As high and mighty as she thinks she is, I can't help wondering what she was doing on this website reading about Britney Spears? Can you give us an answer, sherry?

81. DMZ old buddy, I like this. Really I do. Poor Brit get trashed much more than she deserves. She just doesn't know how to dress, mama didn't teach her and cousin Allie's got her hands in Brit's wallet too. But this nasty lil sherry allen who's a nobody and can't get any attention any other way -- now she talks like she thinks she's better than us but she's doing the same thing, reading the same stuff -- go after her, everybody. At least poor ole Brit doesn't think she's better than anybody else. and it seems like sherry allen is too cowardly to respond. Is that so?

83. The use of "y'all" is very much overdone and an insult to people in the South who are accustomed to saying it. Southern people talk the way they grow up hearing others talk. And northerners and Californians have their own way of talking. Personally, I don't see why "y'all" sounds any worse than "you guys" oar even worse, "youse guys", and other colloquial expressions. Britney isn't as bad as everybody wants to say, but the truth is, shes not a typical southern girl - not everybody in the south lives in trailers and fries everything they eat. I don't think her family lived in a trailer, but that's the image that its so popular for people to portray of the south. And she's not a Cajun at all, to the best of my knowledge. Not everybody in Louisiana is of Cajun blood. Okay, I'm rambling, but what I want to say is, TMZ and the people who post comments want to trash Britney and that's what this whole site is about. Why do you want to trash the whole South and all Southern people? Britney and her trashy mother are just 2 individual people and not representative of any whole group.

84. Well, it seem slike my friends and I are the only ones posting this a.m., but I have a question I don't guess I'll ever get the answer to. In almost every photo of Britney, no matter where she is or who she's with, daylight or dark, she's got a drinking cup or glass of some kind in her hand. Why? Does she have some great unquenchable thirst? Is she diabetic? I don't believe that it's booze in every case though I am sure it sometimes is. I'm just curious about why she can't go anywhere or be without something to drink in her hand constantly? I mean, other people, me included, will get a Coke or something when we're out and about, but not every minute! What does anybody think is the reason?
