Paris Hauled Back to Lynwood Jail

TMZ has confirmed that Paris Hilton was shipped back to the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood last night -- the same jail where she allegedly teetered on the verge of a mental breakdown. Authorities decided she was OK to leave the medical ward at Twin Towers jail in downtown Los Angeles.

Sources tell TMZ that Hilton has been doing much better with the proper meds, and we're told that there has been pressure on the Sheriff's Department to move her back to the Lynwood jail when the medical facility was no longer necessary. We're told that now Hilton has been deemed "medically stable."

What remains to be seen is if the medicines Hilton was taking will continue to be properly administered .

A rep for the L.A. County Sheriff tells TMZ that Paris was taken from the correctional treatment center at Twin Towers "late last night" and was transported back to Lynwood. The last time she did time at Lynwood, she was in a solitary cell in a special needs unit.

Paris Hilton's spoiled life: Click to launch photosThe Sheriff's Department has scheduled a press conference for 8:00 AM PDT. TMZ has learned that the news conference at 8:00 AM will last all of 30 seconds and won't address any further issues.

UPDATE: A Sheriff's rep tells TMZ that Paris will be in the medical clinic at Lynwood until they are sure she will remain medically stable. After that, Paris will move to the same cell she was in before she left the facility.

UPDATE:
We're told that Hilton was transferred last night around 11:00 PM.

4. IT IS TIME FOR PARIS TO GO HOME. IF SHE WERE NOT A CELEBRITY THEY
WOULD HAVE ALREADY LET HER GO FOR TIME SERVED AS THEY ARE
OVERCROWDED.
PARIS WAS NOT INVOLVED WITH A TERRIBLE CRIME SUCH AS MURDER OR
EVEN THEFT.
HER TYPE OF CRIME..(DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE) IS NOT SO
TERRIBLE THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO SUFFER LIKE THIS.
BECAUSE SHE IS A CELEBRITY, YES, SHE IS GETTING SPECIAL
TREATMENT, BUT TO HER DISADVANTAGE.
ALL OF YOU WHO ARE SO HATEFUL AND IMMATURE CALLING HER
TERRIBLE NAMES....GET A LIFE AND STOP BEING SO IGNORANT AND
HATEFUL.

7. Of course there is nothing on Perezhilton.com about this, even though Paris is his namesake. Perez always reports news second-hand.....He'll probably have something posted about this around noon today! Way to go TMZ for being first again!

8. They can house her any place they like. Even in the office of the manager. What kind of risk does she pose? She is the one prisoner, who can no escape, even if she wanted to.

Beside the guards, there is about several hundred of reporters guarding the jail.

What about letting her clean up the offices of the staff and letting her sleep in a hallway - also for the staff? She does not even need a cell.

If she were anyone else, she would be home by now. But she isn't, so they just have to keep from dying and that is relatively easy, if she can access a private toilet without anyone looking and get some food from the guards. I guess that staff-members the next two weeks would carry larger lunch boxes to work because they not only have to feed themselves, but her also.

9. I think it's time for them to let her go, The girl did NOT kill anyone, or hurt anyone, yeah i know it was wrong and she put in danger her life and others by driving drunk but in my opinion SHE HAS PAID FOR THAT BIG MISTAKE BIG TIME. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. IF SHE WAS A NORMAL PERSON SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT DAYS AGO. ANYONE REMEMBER MITCHELLE RODIRQUEZ AND HER LITTLE GIRLFRIEND FORM LOST? I MEAN COME ON!

10. Read the heck out of your Bible. Can I say heck? I envy you (in a good way), wish I had time to read it. Hope they surprise you and let you go early because where I live, people who murdered are out on the streets.

11. Who gives a crap? What sort of punishment would it be if Paris Hilton went back to a mansion? Besides that...........theres still 20 percent that did their time like her. Not for nothing but this girl hasnt really done too much time yet. Shes been given special treatment up until this point so boohoo. I seriously wish people would stop trying to make this girl more famous and let her fade into the shadows the way whores, thieves and thugs do

12. Despite what you think of Paris, she is being treated worse than other people in like situation. Judge should be investigated! His sentences of others should be compared to Paris' treatment. Bet you will not find one like what he did to her! Paris should be released immediately!!!! She is being used by the systam because of who she is. This is wrong!

13. I, BABBS am just standing up for justice. I know Paris has done wrong and yes she should do the time. BUT what most people aren't getting thru their thick heads is the fact that she has already served her time under LA County circumstances. Everyone else only does 10% for that type of offense.

The Judge put restrictions on Paris nobody else would get. Where were the restrictions on Michelle Rodriquez when she violated probation and got 60 days?

Sheriff Baca has a hard time dealing with overcrowding, understaffing and underbudget restrictions. Once a person is released into his custody he is the be all end all as to what happens to that person. And he felt it necessary to release Paris with electronic monitoring.

The City Prosecutors don't file motions with the Judge for anyone else. Where were the motions when Michelle Rodriquez was out within hours on a 60 day sentence?

Sheriff Baca should send home 50 women with one of them being Paris! The judge doesn't want electronic monitoring so send her home a free woman!

Paris isn't being treated like anyone and everyone in LA County!!!!

FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!!
FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!!

14. They aren't going to let her go any sooner than the the full 23 days. The sherif is already under a recall. jessie jackson and sharpton are already there. They let her go and the screaming starts. Her PR people wouldn't want her out because of all the bad press. She is there eating cheerios and stuck in the cell until the 23 days are up.

Sucks to be her but that's what happens when you violate the rules 2x (driving) and not taking the alchol classes. 3 violations and your in jail...next time read the documents yourself and not be such a dimwhit.
