It seems that Penelope Cruz is having trouble finding a date since she broke up with Matthew McConaughey -- so she's hitting the hip spots with her hip-shakin' girlfriend, Shakira!

The curvacious muchachas were spotted sashaying across a parking lot near Les Deux in Hollywood, with Shakira in booty shorts and cowgirl boots, carrying a zebra print jacket. Fashion tips from Britney? Penelope ruined a great short black dress by wearing a pair of jeans with it.

Perhaps Penelope will attract more men with Shaki around!
