Gary Dourdan made it through the weekend without beating the crap out of anyone.
TMZ cameras caught the unstable "CSI" schmuck heading into a party for The Geffen Contemporary museum in L.A. last night, boldly showing up on the night scene again -- just five days after attacking a different TMZ photog outside Hyde nightclub in Hollywood.
Baby steps people, baby steps.
16. Mr. Dourdan's stature rose by a number of points in my book when he stood up to that creepy paparazzi stealing his "sellable" image. An image he has sacrificed to achieve. An image he makes his living by appearing in movies or TV for a price. Why does that creepy paparazzi feels that his image is his to steal and then sell to another paparazzi rag for his own selfish greed and profit? Tell the creepy paparazzi to get a job and a life.

We all know Dourdan is the only actor to attack a camera man and washington is the only actor to use the "f" word. After these two, there aren't many left. TMZ i back you up 100%. even though it must suck sometimes to be followed all the time, the fact is that celebrities do this to themselves by wanting to be famous. if you don't want the lifestyle, then don't seek fame. simple as that. 28. hmmm, photog knows weho sheriff's station on santa monica blvd isn't located at the chevron on sunset & crescent heights...going there first would've landed photog in jail; actor made it clear to photog to shut off the videocam...tmz trying to scam the public & jam up actors again....kinda like what tmz did to isiah washington....tmz witch-hunting again....

29. tmz, your photog didn't pull of this scam....sorry, he's just not as good an actor as gary dourdan! maybe if you send all your lousy videographers to acting school they'll gain skills to enhance your petty attempts at fraud, blackmail, & extortion.
the video did show 1 thing to be true: when gary said that "he knows what you guys (tmz) do, try to make people look bad", he's absolutely right ---- & your videos prove that, over & over & over & over.

30. I think if your hassing the heck out of someone and sticking 1000 watt flashing bulbs in someones face then YA I agree with most other posters that once inawhile you need your butt kicked. I think if people like that want to ahrass a person then the trade off is once in awhile you'll get run over or get the junk beat out of you. The guy deserved it and TMZ needs to let it go.
