Law enforcement now says Lohan was stopped after cops got a call of a vehicle being chased by another vehicle. The chasing vehicle was being driven by Lohan.

Lohan was driving a white Denali. She was chasing a Cadillac Escalade.

She was initially suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. A field sobriety test was conducted and she was subsequently arrested for DUI.

At the station, a search of her person was conducted, and cocaine was found in her pants pocket.

A breath test was conducted and her blood alcohol was between .12 and .13.

93. As a recovering alcoholic, I can say that it is not too late for her. But she has to be the one to say enough. That usually doesn't happen until you have hit rock bottom and lost everything. She has not lost everything yet. Her money "friends" are enabling her destructive behavior.

It is a shame that these "friends" wont be there to hold her hand when the jail door slams.

Her path is leading to one of three places. The hospital, prison, or the grave. Poor little girl can only save herself.

I say lock her up for 2 years in a "Safe P" for rehab. Safe P is prison with a view towards the recovery process.

94. If they would send these stars to REAL rehab instead of these club med type places, maybe they would get sober and stay sober. It's a joke. With all the money they have, they can afford the best therapy, the best doctors, the best facilities that can give them the type of treatment that could really help them. Instead, everyone just wants their money and doesn't really help them get better. They just enable them. This girl needs a good dose of reality!

I think it's Lindsay's turn to go to jail, for REAL.

98. Following this girl's life is like willfully watching a car wreck in slow motion. You feel guilty about watching the carnage but you just can't get yourself to take your eyes off it. Seeing someone self-destruct like this is unsettling as we already know the most likely conclusion.

You mentioned her ankle bracelet. Well, she wore a bandage under it as it "bothered"

her skin. Her lawyer was the person who received the readings so you know how honest

lawyers are. And her mother did blame someone for her daughter's problems: her ex-

husband. I think that the mother is the problem; you raise children by good example if

you want them to grow up into responsible wonderful adults. At least the father

acknowledges his problem, how he affected the family, is sorry and is trying to help. It is

never too late to help and/or change. I wish Mr. Lohan the best of luck and congratulate

him on tackling his drug problem and finding an outlet to help others. I just wish Linsey

and her mother and little sister would follow his example.

101. She is a spoilt brat. She needs to be held accountable for her actions and rehab should not be an option. Jail time baby for this celebrity who thinks she is above the law! Until she gets her act together and does some growing up I hope this hurts her celebrity pocketbook!
