Lindsay Lohan was scheduled to do "The Tonight Show" this evening, but we're guessing that's not going to happen -- because she has the right to remain silent!
We'll let you know if anything changes.
UPDATE (12:07 PM PT) -- "Tonight Show" reps confirm to TMZ that Lindsay will not being doing the show tonight.

9. what is going to happen with this chick (besides the obvious, jail....) seriously, what is the problem that these girls seem to have??? between paris hilton, britney spears and lindsay lohan, this has just got to stop before they kill someone. it's like a horrible trainwreck, you just can't stop watching....shame on their parents and shame on them for being so stupid and dim to think this is a good lifestyle.
