Why is'nt she being charged with attempting to bring contraband into a jail facility?

Yesterday it was said that she is not being charged for that because she wasn't trying to deliver it to a prisoner. The arresting officer should have patter her down and forund it before he brought her in.

41. Crash and Burn Lohan... there always has been, and always will be, people who feel the need to use drugs/alcohol instead of facing life, and themselves. Anti-depressants are the most prescribed drugs in this country, and who can even count the number of alcoholics/addicts, really? It's sad but true, you can't save them all. That could happen in the future sometime (a NEW drug, maybe!), but meanwhile, lives will be lost and lohans is no more precious than anyone elses....

42. I'm glad to hear a responsible adult is caring for her - at least trying. I would do it for free. This is a beautiful human being with an addiction problem. Do any of your idiots care about anothers life? I think some of the pickled brain idiots that send in comments seem more of a trainwreck than these girls. Let's put the cameras on all you and see what a joke you would be. Oh, and as far as the pickle brain #13 you were probably "court ordered" to wear a bracelet. Are you really that stupid or killed too many brain cells? LiLo was "voluntary" do you understand the difference? I will pray for this child and yes I say child because I have same age child. Just because these young people are "of age" doesn't mean they do not need guidance. people have a heart would ya!!!!! I would help this girl for free!!!! She is worth saving. I know she broke the law and deserves punishment but is jail gonna help her with addiction - I think not. I pray God takes this girl in his loving arms and saves her from herself and family - not to mention the hateful comments.
