48. Lohan VOLUNTARILY placed the SCRAM device around her ankle, she wasn't court ordered to do so. It was a PR move made with calculating precision but which backfired laughably. She has been wearing this as a see what a good girl I am ploy. Yeah, we see, you dumb troll. Grow up before you hurt someone.

I looked at the site- the ankle attachment has to transmit to a reciever attached to a phone line. Unless she was getting drunk at home that morning, I doubt if her lawyer KNEW ANYTHING!

51. lindsay-needs help which only as far as I'm concerned that she can get in AA-If she
decides to try treatment(not rehab) again the ones that she should consider are:
BETTY FORD OR HAZELDON, they have the best track record. Also you have to do
some manual labor, studies and AA meetings. They ones that she went to are yuyppie
rehab center that kowtow to the Rich & Famous. She will have to focus on herself and
want to be clean and sober. Not for Mom or Dad, Boyfriend, Girlfriends, Job, Club
Owners(you get what I mean). If you don't have Sobriety you will not have any of those
other things. She needs at least a six month stay-then to a clean & sober half-way house.
Also at least 3 meetings a day for at least one year, and she cannot do this without a
Sponsor that will be tough on her. If she doesn't want that then there are only three
other options: Jail, Insane Asylum, or six feet underground. Lindsay I will be praying

54. This is sad and pathetic. She should spend time in jail - no special treatment and then spend time at a "real" rehab facility where you don't get to leave to go shopping. If with all that she still can't beat her addiction...hire a freakin' driver!!! When I was that age I was smart enough to call a cab and split it with my friends when we had been drinking (and that was on work/study pay not exaclty milllions!) I think the girl could afford to pay somebody to drive her wasted butt around. Probably much chepare than court costs/lawyers/the amount she'll have to pay when she ends up killing somebody!
Here is a newsflash for the LiLo "friends and family" - if you can call these people that- if she DIES because of her behavior, your meal ticket is gone! You might want to encourage her to get her butt back on track.

Seems like her lawyer would have been required to call the authorities rather than trying to save Lohan from getting into trouble...this shows the kind of people that are around Lohan - they are enablers and she will never take responsibility for herself with these money-hungry jerks taking care of her...how sad.

60. 63 - Her lawyer wouldnt be required to call the authorities, she is 21 she is allowed to drink, she just isnt allowed to drink and drive and again the SCRAM was not court ordered.
