62. TMZ and Everyone else;

I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but I just have to say it: it is just a coincidence that Lindays gets busted again for DUI and drug possession....and her new movie, "I Know Who Killed Me" is coming out this Friday. What a great way to keep her face, her name and everything Lilo on the lips of people just before her movie comes out. And I know people will flock to it just on those reasons alone.

But in reality, Ms. Lohan suffers from living a life to excess with an unrestricted budget (money is no object) and with no adult or parental supervision. And that's a perfect recipe for diaster.

Now it seems being incarcerated and having a jail term on your record is a "badge of honor" among young Hollywood stars. It's the latest "hot trend" to do and they don't see any consequence from it. Why should they? They'll be treated like royalty and granted special treatment and party even more after they get out.

Lilo has no talent that I can see. She can't sing, she can't act, and she has fake boobs. Yet, that makes her a huge commodity in the world of Hollywood.

65. You are not going to find me paying good money to see her film. I don't support ungrateful dysfunctional actors. As far as I'm concerned, I wish and expect that they fail big time. It's fun to watch it all go down right before our very eyes. Love to watch those train wrecks.

Maybe your sources don't know what they are talking about regarding the lawyer. TMZ, you guys always make these stupid little mistakes with details, but it completely compromises your credibility. You are so frantic to put your story out there that you can't even keep track of the days of the week.

Did they even try?? I wonder, the minute I heard she hung out with Callum Best (coke head) I knew she wasn't serious. One of the main tenets of sobriety is to eliminate those in your life who are not good for you. Send her to jail, sobriety is almost a gurantee there.

73. #58, pammie: great post! It's annoying to see others posting web addys. and repeat ignorant lines over and over. It's hateful to say so many horrible things about Lindsay or anyone else. Thank goodness there are a few that are interested in the welfare of others. In the end I think, that's what matters most.
I don't think Blair Berk should be held responsible for the SCRAM alarm. It wasn't mandated. It was a choice Lindsay made.
Lindsay needs long term rehab. and jail time. No "Promises" or any facility that's more like a spa. Robert Downey Jr. went through this several times before he finally got it. Relapses are part of the process of sobriety.
I wish her the very best. She's young. With a time out she has a promising future ahead of her.

75. How sad that the designated person was an attorney and not a family member, or AA sponsor. That person could then contact the attorney after they got the message from the SCRAM device, but Lindsay needs her family or someone to talk to in times like these. She needs to know someone cares that she is destroying herself, someone who loves or cares about her personally, not a lawyer.
