For the record, we are a sovereign nation.... lol I think you're not smarter than a 5th grader. We have our own constitution and bill of rights, and we are part of the Commonwealth, along with umpteen other countries who are also sovereign.

Also, for the record, Edmonton is a gorgeous city which is far more beautiful than most of the cesspools of the US...

As a constitutional monarch, the Queen abides by the decisions of the Canadian Government but she continues to play ceremonial and symbolic roles.(taken from The Monarchy Today.)
We are part of the Commonwealth, but are our own country. Look it up, it is called google, try it. A big part of why the US is not up to date on other countries political and social standings is because they don't care. YOU SHOULD, you might learn something.

56. Mike Comrie played with the sens- I like him, he was an awesome player in cup finals this year. It was kind of a shock to see that he is dating Hillary Duff now when just at the start this summer I used to see him at local bars and restaurants around Ottawa lol.

Also I am from Canada and i don't get what the HUGE concern is about "The Brick" comment. No one was personally attacking anyone...calm down people.
