Lane GarrisonMichelle Ohana's dad is now on the stand, and testified he's really upset over Lane Garrison's recent public service announcement -- which first ran on TMZ.

It's fronted by a remorseful Garrison and shows a recreation of the fatal accident.

I thought the public service ads were inappropriate, trial not even over and the loved ones of the victims having to look at that? Just not right, looked like a play for sympathy. Should have waited til everything had cooled down, but it is definitely necessary for kids to see that, especilly minors doing the hard-partying club scene.

I'm undecided if the dad is right to be upset. On the one hand, the trial is still going on. On the other, more folks should know the dangers of driving under the influence.
